摘　　要：对在上海市建设用地勘测定界过程中涉及的土地权属界线认定、原土地用途划分时所现的若干问题进行了详细探讨,同时从政策角度、技术角度提出了以上问题的相应解决途径。The paper has a detailed discussion on some problems which involved the border identification of land title and original division of land using in the process of border surveying in Shanghai constructing land. Moreover it also has put up some relevant solutions for the above mentioned problems from the aspects of policy and technology.
