环北部湾经济圈城镇体系结构及其分形模型研究

摘　　要：通过计算环北部湾经济圈城镇体系的首位指数、不平衡指数及城市规模分形分布的分维数,讨论了环北部湾经济圈城市体系的等级规模特点;用城镇密度、关联维数分析了环北部湾经济圈城镇体系的空间结构,指出了目前城镇体系的特征:序列大小分布,大城市实力不强,中小城市数量偏少,规模小,经济实力差,城镇规模结构不合理;空间布局小集中、大分散,城镇间的相互作用较小,对区域的辐射带动能力差.在对城镇体系结构特征形成内在机制探讨的基础上,提出了未来环北部湾经济圈城镇体系发展的相应对策:重点发展大城市,增强大城市辐射力;大力发展中小城市;以工业化推进小城镇的发展;积极实施城市群发展战略,完善城镇空间结构.At first,the paper discusses the scale structure of the urban system of the Beibu-Bay circling economic zone by figuring out the primate city index,the scale imbalance index and the fractal dimension of the town-size distribution of the Beibu-Bay circling economic.Then the paper analyses the spatial structure of the urban system by using the city-town density and the spatial correlation dimension.According to these analyses,the paper indicates that there are some deficiencies in the urban system of the Beibu-Bay circling economic,such as,it takes on the sequence distribution;synthetical strength of big city is not high;the number of small and medium-sized cities is small;the town-size is small;scale structure is illogical;space distribution is scattering and it is concentrated in some zones;the capacity of the spatial interaction is weak.Through analyzing the present feature of the scale structure and the spatial structure,the paper puts forward the direction for developing the urban system of the Beibu-Bay circling economic：take big cities on stress;develop the small and medium-sized cities;advance the development of small town by industrialization;implement the strategies of city group actively;perfect the urban system of the Beibu-Bay circling economic zone.
