摘　　要：对热轧盘条表面的氧化皮进行研究,用光学显微镜和SEM观察盘条表面氧化皮的形貌和结构,并采用EDS能谱分析确定其成分,结果与国外研究相符;同时在实际生产中对氧化皮进行了控制试验,使沙钢热轧盘条表面氧化皮得到改善,满足客户要求。To research the oxide on the hot rolling wire rod surface. Adopting optical microscope and SEM to observe the appearance and structure of wire rod surface oxide, and adopting EDS energy spectrum analysis to make certain the composition, the results are accordance with the abroad research. At the same time control tests of oxide are carried out in practical production, it makes surface oxide of hot rolling wire rod be improved, which satisfy the clients＇ demands.
