摘　　要：潜价值与显价值是价值的两种表现形式。潜价值是指被评价主体意识到但并没有生发出来的价值,显价值是指在实践领域中评价对象的功能价值和效应价值。显价值与潜价值是一对矛盾对立的价值表现形式,二者可以互相转化。不管是对物的潜价值与显价值、对人的潜价值与显价值、还是对事的潜价值与显价值,都在实践活动中各自可以发生转化。Hidden value and evident value are two forms of value. Hidden value refers to the value being realized by appraisal subject yet fail to work,while evident value refers to the functional value and efficacious value which are the appraisal targets in the field of practice. Hidden value and evident value are a pair of contradictory forms of value,and they are transformable ;whether they are the hidden and evident values for objects, or for people, or for matters, they them selves are all transformable in practical activities.
