摘　　要：目的观察输尿管镜治疗输尿管狭窄的并发症,探讨其合理的护理措施。方法采用输尿管镜治疗输尿管狭窄20例,观察其主要的并发症,并采取针对性护理措施。结果出血、感染、尿外渗和尿漏是输尿管镜输尿管狭窄手术的主要并发症,针对性护理方法减轻治愈并发症。结论输尿管镜治疗输尿管狭窄手术具有损伤少,术后恢复快的优势,但输尿管镜手术也存在一定的并发症,术中应规范操作,术后应加强护理。Objective To observe the complication of ureteroscope for ureterostenoma, and probe the easonable nursing intervention. Methods 20 patients with ureterostenoma were received therapy with ureteroscope, and the complication were observed. Results Infection ,urinous infiltration and leakage and hemorrhage were the main complications. Conclusion It is suggested that the approach on therapy with therapeutic ureteroscope has a good effect for the patients with ureterostenoma. As well as some complication; intensive nursing can decreased the incidence rate of complication.
