摘　　要：目的分析冠心病重症监护病房（CCU）患者睡眠障碍的主要原因，探讨改善CCU患者睡眠质量的护理方法。方法采用入院评估表、住院问卷调查表，对2007年10～12月收治我科CCU的63例患者自进入CCU至转出CCU的住院日睡眠情况进行调查和连续观察，观察采取护理干预后的睡眠状况。结果实施护理干预对CCU患者睡眠改善有效率为72．3％。结论护理干预措施能有效地改善CCU患者的睡眠。Objective To analyse the main reasons of Sleeping obstacle and discuss the nursing methods which could improve the quality of sleep of the sufferers who were in CCU. Methods Adopt the hospitalizes valuation watch and hospitalization questionnaire, to investigate and observe the quality of sleep of 63 sufferers who cure in CCU, from got into CCU to out. Observation the quality of sleep after adopted nursing intervention. Results Can＇ying out a nursing intervention to sleep an improvement to the CCU sufferer efficient was 72.3 %. Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the quality of sleep of the sufferers who were in CCU.
