新型碱剂S在活性染料浸染中的应用

摘　　要：新型碱剂S是主要用于活性染料固色的一种新型碱剂。本文比较分析了浸染中新型碱剂S的用量、固色温度、固色时间以及元明粉用量对染色效果的影响、通过正交试验优化了新型碱剂S的固色工艺,并得出以下结论:与传统纯碱固色工艺相比,新型碱剂S的优化工艺染色试样表面得色深,色彩鲜艳度好;各项色牢度达到纯碱固色工艺效果;缩短染色时间15分钟,降低固色温度10℃,节省能源消耗。New alkali auxiliary S is one of the new fixing agent used in reactive dyeing. The concentration of new alkali auxiliary S and Na2SO4, the temperature and time of fixing were studied. The dyeing conditions were optimized by optimizatioin experiment. The results showed that, K/S value and vivid degree of sample by fixing of new alkali auxiliaries S was higher than these of Na2CO3 in bath dyeing of reactive dye. The color fastnesses were as good as that of Na2CO3. The dyeing time were shortened by 15 minutes, The dyeing temperature was reduced by 10℃. So the energy will be saved.
