摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者(DM)血浆内肥素(visfatin)水平与甘油三酯(TG)、腰围/身高比值(WHtR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的关系。方法采用酶联免疫法测定2型DM患者和正常健康人血浆visfatin水平,并分析与TG、WHtR、HbAlc的关系。结果①2型DM患者血浆visfatin水平明显低于正常对照组;②相关性研究显示,血浆visfatin水平与WHtR呈正相关,与TG、HbAlc呈负相关;③多元线性回归分析表明WHtR、TG、HbAlc是影响血浆visfatin水平的独立相关因素。结论血浆visfatin、TG、WHtR、HbAlc在2型DM发生和发展中起一定的作用。Objective To study the relationship between plasma visfatin levels of type 2 diabetes （DM） and triglycerid （ TG）, waist to height ratio （ WHtR）, HbAlc. Methods Plasma visfatin levels were assayed by ELISA in patients with type 2 diabetes and controls. The relationship of plasma visfatin levels with triglycerid and HbAlc were analyzed. Results Plasma visfatin levels in the type 2 diabetic patients were significantly reduced compared with that of controls. Plasma visfatin levels was positively correlated with WHtR, and negatively with triglycerid and HbAlc. Multiple regression analysis showed that WHtR, HbAlc and triglycerid were independent related factors influencing plasma visfatin levels. Conclusion The visfatin levels is associated with triglycerid metabolism,which may contribute, in part,to the pathogenesis of diabetes.
