摘 要:为了解决某防护壁板拉深成形时的拉裂问题,提出了预估极限拉深系数的理论和试验方法。首先分析了拉深过程中危险断面的位置及变薄规律,然后根据筒壁传力区的最大拉力应当小于危险断面的抗拉强度计算得到极限拉深系数。为测定壁板材料的拉深性能,进行了工艺试验,初步预估了材料的极限拉深系数、拉深力、压边力等参数。利用试验方法对预估的数值进行了验证。结果表明,利用本方法可以较准确地得到材料的极限拉深系数,对于解决新型材料复杂形状拉深件的拉深缺陷问题具有参考作用。In order to solve the fracture defect when drawing a certain type protection wall plate iron, a pre-evaluation and test validation method for the minimum drawing coefficient has been proposed.First ,the location of hazard section and the thinning rule has been analyzed when drawing.Then ,the minimum drawing coefficient has been deduced according to the fact that the maximum tensile strength at the force-transition area should be less than that at the hazard section.For testing the drawing performance of the plate material, the processing test has been executed, and the minimum drawing coefficient, drawing force and the pressure force have been calculated. These values have been validated by test method.The results show that this method can obtain the minimum drawing coefficient accurately, and it can be referred for solving the drawing problem of new type of material and complicated products.
