摘 要:针对当前水泥稳定碎石基层干缩、温缩较大引起的反射裂缝问题,提出了一种抗收缩能力较强的新型基层材料:水泥乳化沥青复合胶浆稳定碎石。分析半刚性基层的收缩机理和水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石的微观结构后,进行了干缩试验和温缩试验,最后利用室内试验结果计算了水泥稳定碎石和水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石两种混合料作为基层应用时的干缩应力和温缩应力。通过分析比较,水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石的干缩应力和温缩应力更小,表明其抗收缩性能更好,能较好地延缓基层开裂。Aiming at solving the "reflection cracking" problem of the cement stabilizing crushed stone base course caused by dry shrinkage and temperature-caused shrinkage, new materials for the base course: the cement-emulsified asphalt compound stabilizing crushed stones, which are stronger in anti-shrinkage capability, are suggested in the paper. Upon the basis of analyzing the shrinking mechanism of the semi-rigid base course and the microstructure of the cement-emulsified asphalt stabilizing crushed stones, the dry shrinking and temperature shrinking experiments are made on it, with the shrinking stress of the two-materials-blended base course calculated. Through analyses and comparison, cement-emulsified asphalt stabilizing crushed stones are found to be lower in dry shrinking stress and temperature-caused shrinkage stress, so it is better in anti-shrinkage performance and abler to delay the cracking of the base course.
