摘　　要：北京建工集团工会贯彻中国特色社会主义工会维权观,坚持两个维护相统一的维权原则,竭诚为职工群众服务的维权宗旨,和谐发展、互利共赢的维权理念,统筹兼顾、突出重点的维权方法,党政主导、工会运作的维权格局。积极探索维护农民工合法权益的实现方式,在全国建筑行业中取得了十个方面的"首创"与"率先"。The trade union of Beijing Construction Engineering Group Company Limited further implements the outlook with Chinese characteristics for protecting workers＇ rights. It is of great importance to adhere to the purpose of serving the workers heart and soul, and the principle that features harmony, mutual benefit, all-win, overall planning and emphasis on key points. Under the leadership of the Party and the governments, the working mechanism of trade union operation should be established. The company led the way in seeking the effective forms of protecting the rights of rural workers in the construction business of China.
