摘　　要：对动筛跳汰机提升轮提料工作过程进行了分析，提出了物料提升轮中非对称分布的受力模型；首次考虑脱水效果β对功耗的影响；分析了脱水效果与产品水分的关系；确定了综合摩擦系数的值；导出了提升轮功率计算表达式及提升轮驱动电机造型计算表达式。Analyzing the hoisting pulley work process of the moving-screen jigger, the forced model of non-symmetrical distribution in hoisting pulley is raised; first considering the dewatering effect β that affects the power loss and analyzing the dewatering effect-moisture relation, the value of compre-hensive friction coeffient is defined,the hoisting pulley power calculation expression and the pulley's driving motor selection expression are derived, and they are verified in the moving-screen jigger
