摘  要:在中国经济市场化进程中,能否有效提高农民收入主要取决于农业结构调整的情况,而农业结构的调整又与农村市场的发育程度密切相关,因此,农业市场化的进程是影响农民收入的重要因素。利用截面数据对该论点进行实证,结果表明:农业市场化进程对粮食主产区农民收入具有决定性的作用。政府农业政策的主要作用应当是培育市场并帮助和引导农民进入市场,逐步缩小粮食主产区与沿海地区间农业市场化水平的差距。In the economic marketing course of China, peasants'income increase is mainly determined by the adjusting of agricultural structure which is closely related to how the rural market develops. Thus the progress of agricultural marketing is a determinant factor affecting peasants'income. The paper analyzes this point by using cross - section data and shows that the progress of agricultural marketing plays a decisive part in increasing peasants'income in the major grain growing areas. The main task of agricultural policies is to foster the market, help the peasants enter the market and improve their capability of controlling the market so as to reduce the differences in agricultural marketing levels between these areas and coastal areas.
