摘  要:采用SEM、DMA、力学性能测试等表征手段研究了纳米CaCO_3对PP/SAN共混体系相容性的影响。研究表明,纳米CaCO_3的加入能降低SAN分散相尺寸,改善体系的相容性;当纳米CaCO_3的用量为6phr时,效果最佳。但加入纳米CaCO_3后,PP/SAN共混体系两组分的玻璃化温度(T_g)变化不大,说明纳米CaCO_3的增容效果主要是动力学上的原因。另外,随着纳米CaCO_3用量的增加,PP/SAN(50/50)/纳米CaCO_3体系的力学性能呈上升趋势。The effect of nano-CaCO3 on the compatibility of PP/SAN blend was investigated by means of SEM, DMA, and mechanical properties test. The research showed the loading of nano-CaCO3 decreased the size of the dispersed phase of SAN, improved the compatibility of the system, and the eompatibilization was the optimum at the content of 6 phr of nano-CaCO3. However, the Tg of the two components in PP/SAN blend changed little with the loading of nano-CaCO3, which indicated the improved eompatlbilization resulted from rather a kinetics reason than thermodynamic one. In addition, with the increase of nano-CaCO3 content, the mechanical properties of PP/SAN (50/50) /nano-CaCO3 systems had ascending tendency.
