摘　　要：结合本质安全人员、本质安全型机器设备、本质安全型环境和本质安全管理措施,将杜邦安全理念分成五部分,对每一部分分别进行阐述,并指出用杜邦安全文化来指导企业,必然可以实现企业整体的本质安全,成为本质安全型企业。Inherent safety pursues zero accident in enterprises＇ production. DuPont safety culture is a theory summarized on the basis of 200 years＇ safety cultural construction. The safety idea of DuPont has the close relationship with inherent safety and it is actually the guideline of inherent safety. In this paper, the safety idea of DuPont is divided to five parts based on inherent workmen, inherent safety machine equipment, inherent safety environment and inherent safety administration. Each part is expounded and it is also pointed out that if we guide the inherent safety with the application of DuPont safety culture, enterprises can realize their whole inherent safety, and hence become the enterprises with inherent safety.
