摘 要:心脏作为机体的泵血器官,其物理活动主要表现在力学变化和电学变化两个方面。随着心肌组织工程的发展,物理因素对体外构建工程化心肌组织的作用逐渐受到人们的重视。研究表明,一定范围的力学刺激或电学刺激有促进未成熟心肌细胞生长的作用,并可导致成熟心肌产生肥大反应,对于干细胞向心肌细胞的诱导分化也有促进作用。目前已有众多关于力、电刺激对心肌机械性能、蛋白表达、基因调节等方面影响的报道,对于其作用机理也已有了初步的探索。就以上几个方面进行综述。Heart, as a pump of the organism, its physical activities mainly manifest in mechanical and electrical function. With the development of cardiac tissue engineering, the role of physical factors in constructing engineered myocardial tissue become more and more important. It has been reported that suitable mechanical and electrical stimulation benefit the growth of neonatal cardiomyocytes. Physical factors can also induce the adult car- diomyocytes to be hypertrophy and thus will promote cardiomyogenic differentiation of stem cells in vitro. Current- ly, researches has been focused on the effects of mechanical properties, protein expression and gene regulation of myocardium and some primary study on the mechanism have been done recently. This article gives a brief review of the researches.
