摘 要:以石蜡切片法进行的研究结果表明,6月下旬以后的羊草营养枝茎尖分生组织处于初生期、伸长期和结节期。茎尖进入生殖生长期的比例占75%左右;初生期的茎尖是宽度大于高度的扁平拱形,进入生殖生长期后茎尖高度的发育速度明显快于宽度,使茎尖逐渐成为圆锥形。详细报道了羊草营养枝茎尖分生组织的分化状态,得出了部分茎尖分生组织已完成由营养生长向生殖生长的转变、部分羊草营养枝是"没有抽穗的生殖枝"的结论。The result by means of paraffin-embedded slide-cutting method showed that, SAM of the vegetative shoot of L. chinensis differentiate at vegetative stage, elongate stage, and single ridge stage coexist since the next half of June. Wherein, shoot tip proportion at reproductive stage was 75%. SAM during the vegetative stage develops in a form of a light arch where its width is larger than the height. And while in the reproductive stage, the SAM develops obviously faster in the direction of width than that in depth which makes the SAM to be in the form of a cone in the end. In this article, the SAM vegetative shoot differentiation of L. chinensis is reported as a novel. Finally, it concludes that some SAMs have completed the change from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. So, some vegetative shoots was reproductive shoots which did not head.
