摘 要:在模拟干旱条件下测定了高加索三叶草、白三叶和红三叶幼苗期的抗旱生理指标。结果表明,随干旱时间的延续,三种三叶草都表现出相对含水量下降、细胞膜透性升高、游离脯氨酸含量增加、相对生长率下降等特征,但三种三叶草的反应速度及复水后各指标的恢复能力各不相同。综合评价后初步认为,高加索三叶草的抗旱性强于白三叶和红三叶。Under simulated drought stress conditions, some physio folium ambiguurn Bieb. ), white clover(T, repens L. ) and red c ogicat indices for Caucasian clover(Triover(T, pratense L. )at seedling stage were determined. The results indicated that with continuous lasting of drought time, three clovers all displayed the similar physiological characteristics, i. e. , decreasing of relative leave water contents, increasing of relative electrical conductance and contents of free proline, as well as decreasing of plant relative growing rates. However, the three clovers showed different physiological reactions to the drought stress, and different recovery abilities after reirrigation. The seedling of Caucasian clover showed a stronger drought resistance than that of two other clovers through comparing the indexes and giving a comprehensive appraisal.
