摘  要:对熏衣草微体快速繁殖和壮苗技术进行了研究。适合于熏衣草试管苗繁殖的培养基为MS+6—BA2.0mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L,培养28d,繁殖系数达8以上;培养基中附加CCC质量浓度为0.05mg/L^0.5 mg/L时对熏衣草试管苗繁殖和壮苗有利;熏衣草试管苗生根用IAA的效果较好,适宜于生根的培养基配方为MS+IAA1.0mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+琼脂7g/L,培养25d生根率为91.6%;生根试管苗移栽成活率为73%。Rapid micro-propagation and cultivating strong plantlets of Lavandula vera were studied. The result showed that the optimum medium for micro-propagation of plantlet of Lavandula vera was MS+ 6-BA 2.0mg/L + NAA 0.05mg/L + sucrose 30mg/L + agar.7g/L, the propagation coefficient is above 8 after 25 days. The medium MS + CCC 0.5mg/L - 0.5 mg/L, is favorable to cultivate strong seedlings. The medium MS + IAA 1.0mg/L + sucrose 20mg/L + agar 7g/L is better for rooting, the rooting rate is 91.6% after 25 days. The survival rate of the transplant is 73%.
