改良经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良的经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术(改良TVT-O术)在治疗女性压力性尿失禁中的疗效。方法对99例单纯压力性尿失禁患者进行改良TVT-O手术,术后随访2～32个月,观察症状改善情况。结果99例患者术后症状均得到改善,改良TVT-O平均手术时间24min,平均出血量37ml,术后平均随访17个月症状未再复发。结论改良TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁手术步骤简单易学、创伤小、术中术后并发症少、费用低、疗效可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of improved tension - free vaginal tape - obturator in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods 99 patients with stress urinary incontinence were treated with improved tension - free vaginal tape - obturator. To observe the amelioration after the surgery of 2 - 30 months follow - up visit. Results The symptoms of all the 99 patients were amendmented with improved tension - free vaginal tape - obturator, average operating time was 24 min, mean blood loss was 37 ml, the symptoms were not recur after an average of 17 months follow - up visit. Conclusion The procedure of improved tension - free vaginal tape - obturator is simple and easy to learn, the operation have forte of micrtrauma,less complications,low price and reliable therapeutic effects.
