稳心颗粒对原发性高血压合并左心室肥厚患者QTd、JTd的影响

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒对原发性高血压合并左心室肥厚患者QTd、JTd的影响。方法对106例原发性高血压合并左心室肥厚患者随机分为两组,对照组53例,应用常规降压药物如ACE-I类、CCB类等;治疗组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒9g/次,3次/d,疗程4周。结果治疗组治疗前后变化QTd(72±23,52±12)、JTd(73±21,53±11);对照组治疗前后变化QTd(71±24,65±13)、JTd(72±22,66±13)。结论稳心颗粒具有缩小高血压合并左心室肥厚患者QTd、JTd的作用。Objective To investigate the influence of Wenxin granule on the QTd,JTd in patients with essential hypertension （EH）associated with left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH）. Methods the 106 patients with EH associated with LVH were divided into two groups：the control group were treated with routine drug therapy including ACE -Ⅰ, CCB and so on;Wenxingranule group were treated with 9 g of Wenxin granule three times daily on the basis of routine drug therapy, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results the QTd, JTd were decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） from （72 ± 23 ） , （73 ± 21 ） to （52± 12）, （53 ± 11 ）. While the control group is from（71 ± 24） ,（72 ±22） to （65 ±13） ,（66 ± 13）. The decrease of QTd,JTd was not significance before and after treatment in the control group. Conclusion Wenxin granule can decrease QTd, JTd in patients with EH associated with LVH.
