摘 要:该研究测定和分析了未处理杉木和经过不同浓度的胺溶季胺铜-D型(ACQ-D)木材防腐剂处理的杉木试材,在不同含水率状态下的拉应力松弛(以下简称应力松弛)曲线。结果表明:①在绝干状态下,低保持量(1和3 kg/cm3)的ACQ-D处理材与未处理材的应力松弛曲线接近,而高保持量(5 kg/cm3)的ACQ-D处理材的应力松弛量则小于未处理材;在气干状态下,ACQ-D处理材的应力松弛量都低于未处理材,其中高保持量处理材的应力松弛量又大于低保持量处理材;在湿润状态下,未处理材和不同ACQ-D保持量处理材的应力松弛曲线比较接近,都呈迅速下降的趋势。②含水率对未处理材和ACQ-D处理材的应力松弛影响很大,比较相同ACQ-D保持量的试材在不同含水率状态下的应力松弛曲线可知,气干状态试材的应力松弛量较小,湿润状态试材的应力松弛最明显,绝干状态试材的应力松弛接近于湿润状态试材。The tensile stress relaxation behavior of Chinese fir ( Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook. ) samples untreated or treated with different concentrations of ACQ-D solutions at different moisture conditions was analyzed in this study. The results indicated that : 1 ) at oven-dry state, tensile stress relaxation of Chinese fir samples treated at low retention levels ( 1 and 3 kg/cm^3 ) was similar to that of untreated control, while at high retention levels (5 kg/cm^3), tensile stress relaxation of wood was smaller than that of untreated control. For air-dried wood, tensile stress relaxation of ACQ-D treated wood was smaller than that of untreated control. This effect became less at high retentions. For wet wood, tensile stress relaxation of treated wood decreased sharply with time, which was similar with that of untreated control; 2) moisture content played an importance role in tensile stress relaxation of untreated and treated Chinese fir wood. By comparing tensile stress relaxation curves of wood treated at same retention level, tensile stress relaxation of air-dried wood was the lowest, that of wet wood was the most obvious, and oven-dry wood performed similarly as wet wood.
