摘　　要：目的比较用Diasys尿沉渣工作站对脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid,CSF)进行红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)和白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数与血细胞计数盘法计数,探讨两者之间是否有差异。方法用两种方法对同一支标本同时进行RBC和WBC计数,记录数据。结果将所记录的数据检验分析,P>0.05,即两种方法计数得到的结果无显著性差异。结论Diasys尿沉渣工作站操作简便、直观,可以用于计数CSF中的RBC和WBC。Objective Compare the results of RBC and WBC in CSF detected by urinary sediment analyzer and cell counter,study if there exist difference between the two methods. Methods Use the two methods to count the number of the RBC and WBC in CSF almost in the same time of the same specimen,write down the data. Results Analyze the data, P 〉 0. 05, mean no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion Can use the Diasys urinary sediment analyzer to count RBC and WBC in CSF.
