摘　　要：目的探讨甘露聚糖肽所致不良反应的特点，总结其所致不良反应的临床表现，为临床合理用药、防范不良反应提供参考。方法对1994～2006年国内报道的甘露聚糖肽所致不良反应进行分析。结果过敏性休克、胸闷气促是甘露聚糖肽最常见的不良反应，其次是支气管哮喘。结论甘露聚糖肽最严重的不良反应是过敏性休克和引发的支气管哮喘，使用时要严加关注。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the adverse effects induced by mannatide and summarize its related clinical manifestations. To provide the references for the clinic rational administration of mannatide and avoid its adverse effects effectively. Methods The reports about the adverse drug reactions in- duced by mannatide published during 1994 to 2006 were collected and analyzed. Results Data showed that the most frequent adverse effects caused by mannatide were anaphylactic shock, chest distress and tachypnea. Secondarily it was bronchial asthma. Conclusion The most serious adverse effects induced by mannatide are ana- phylactic shock and bronchial asthma,which need especial attentions during application.
