RP-HPLC测定心脑康胶囊中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立心脑康胶囊中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷RP—HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Dikma C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（14：86）；检测波长为320nm：柱温：25℃。结果心脑康胶囊中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的的线性范围为2．88—28．8μg／ml，（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．14％，RSD值为0．3％。结论该方法简便，结果准确，可作为心脑康胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the content of 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrabydroxyl diphenylethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Xinnaokang capsule. Methods The Dikma C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used, The acetonitrile-water （ 14 ： 86 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1, the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The linear ranges of 2,3,5,4 ＇ -tetrahydroxyl diphenylethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was at 2.88-28.8 μg/ml, the average recoveries （ n = 5） was 99.14%. with RSD 0. 3%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for quality control method of Xinnaokang capsule.
