摘　　要：目的了解医院自制口服中成药装量情况,为生产、使用和管理部门提供参考。方法对省级三家中医院自制口服中成药装量情况根据剂型、装量、以及按DDD数为标准的可使用天数等项目进行统计与分析。结果装量的随意性较大,不合格的品种占61.84%,多剂量品种占71.05%。结论装量需要进行规范,建议最小销售单元装量应以服用天数的整数倍为宜。Objective Finds out the situation of installed capacity of homemade oral chinese traditional patent medicine of hospital, In order to provide the reference for producer, user and management departments. Methods Carrys on the statistics and analysis according to the dosage-form,installed capacity and the DDD for the standard of homemade oral chinese traditional patent medicine of three Traditional Chinese Medicine hospi-als of provincial. Results The randomness of installed capacity was big, Unqualified varieties accounted for 61.84% ,multi-dose variety of 71.05 %. Conclusion Installed capacity was in need of standardization, sugges- ted the smallest sales unit installed capacity should take the number of days suitably the integral multiple as.
