摘　　要：有关农民工在就业、失业、工伤、医疗、生育、养老与工资等方面的社会保障制度建设明显滞后并制约经济社会的发展已是不争的事实。而要解决这一问题,就要建立针对农民工的工伤保险制度、社会救助制度和医疗保险制度,要完善农民工的社会养老保险制度并妥善解决农民工社会保险的异地转移问题。Based on the analysis of the status quo of farmer-laborers and the social security problems for them, this paper holds that the severe lags of their social security problems have a great disadvantageous influence upon our social politics and economy, and therefore a series of policy measures should be constructed in the hope of a better social security system.
