摘　　要：目的：通过评价，选出较优方案，对于保证医疗后送工作的主动性和计划性是十分必要的，有助于合理部署医疗后送力量，提高医疗后送的质量和效率。方法：本课题运用两种方法评价方案。一种是指标体系综合评价方法，另一种是系统模拟法，运用“联合登岛作战医疗后送模拟系统”模拟方案，通过分析模拟结果，评价方案。结果：通过文献调研和专家访谈，筛选出评价指标体系的一级指标3个，二级指标12个，三级指标66个；并设定了评分标准。经过三轮专家咨询，确定了评价指标体系、评分标准和指标权重，利用评价指标体系和评分标准评价方案。结论：分析评价结果，指出较优方案具备的特点，为一梯队集团军选择较优的医疗后送方案提供一些参考和依据。Objective： Making plans of medical evacuation and then selecting the optimal plan according to the evaluation to these plans are important to achieve careful organization and design to medical evacuation. It is essential to assure the initiation and plan in the medical evacuation. It is also helpful to reasonably deploy force of medical evacuation, improve the quality and increase efficiency of medical evacuation. Methods：The project used two methods to evaluate the plans. One was index system synthetic evaluation that was establishing an evaluating index system. The other was system simulation approach that was using ＂the simulative system of medical evacuation in joint landing warfare＂ to simulate the plan. Results ： It selected three the first - level indexes, twelve the second - level indexes, and sixty - six the third - level indexes, and established its grading stander ~ia literature review and expert interview, then evaluated the plans according to the index system and the grading stander. Conclusion：It analyzed and evaluated the results.-It pointed feature of the optimal plan according to compare the results of the two evaluation,which could provide some reference for the first step group army to select the optimal medical evacuation plan.
