摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术(多平面重建、三维CT成像及CT仿真内窥镜技术)在泌尿系病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对34例泌尿系病患者行前瞻性的术前螺旋CT检查,分别进行多平面重建(MPR)、三维(3D)成像及CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE),并与相应IVU图像和膀胱纤维内窥镜进行比较。结果MPR、3D和CTVE重建图像能更好的从多方位显示病变形态,及病变与周围组织之间平面和空间关系,无盲区。结论MPR、3D和CTVE图像可为CT轴位图像及纤维内窥镜等补充重要信息,为泌尿系病变的术前诊断、定位及治疗方法和手术径路提供了客观依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To find out the value of multi - slice spiral CT and post - processing technique: multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) , 3D imaging and CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in diagnosis of urologic diseases. Methods The images from MPR and 3D imaging and CTVE were compared with from IVU and fd3erendoscope in 34 cases with urologic diseases, respectively. Results There was advantage in showing the figure of lesions by multiple orientation and indicating the plane and space relationships between lesions and peripheral tissues without blind area. Conclusions As tile complement of axial- position image and fiberendoscope, the application of MPR and 3D imaging and CTVE has important clinical value to provide objective reference to diagnose and determine the lesion location and treatment and operation approach before operation in urologic diseases.
