摘 要:提出了一种新型的基于磁流体磁光效应的GRIN透镜型电流传感器的结构设计和工作原理.当磁流体在电流激起的磁场作用下,光透过率将随着磁场强度变化而变化[1,2].四种传感器的结构设计都采用磁流体作为传感媒介,光纤作为信号传输通道,有效地实现了高压子系统和低压子系统的绝缘,并且具有体积小,重量轻,寿命长,易于安装等特点.同时可通过改变磁流体的浓度和基液,来达到实际应用所需要的传感灵敏度和响应时间。A type of current transducer based on magnetic-optic effect of magnetic fluids and GRIN lens has been studied, which includes the structure design and the operation principle. When magnetic fluids is subjected to a magnetic field, the optical transmission of the ferrofluid change. The structure design of four kind of sensors all uses the magnetic fluid as the sensoring medium and the optical fiber as the signal transmission channel.Such design effectively realizes the insulation of high-voltage subsystem and low- voltage subsystem.Futhermore,it has low volume, light weight and long-life and can be easily installed as well. The sensitivity and response time can be tailored to reach the actual application by changing the concentration and liquid carrier of magnetic fluids.
