中药辨证外洗与光疗联合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药辨证外洗与光疗联合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法采用中药辨证外洗与光疗联合治疗38例,单纯中药辨证外洗治疗34例,比较两组的疗效。结果中药辨证外洗与光疗联合治疗寻常型银屑病的评分和临床疗效与单纯中药辨证外洗治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用免煎中药辨证外洗与光疗联合治疗寻常型银屑病具有临床疗效好、应用方便、副作用小的特点。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Chinese Medicine syndrome - differentiation - based skin washing combined with phototherapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Seventy - two cases with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into two groups , group A （ n = 34） were given Chinese medicine syndrome - differentiation - based skin washing while group B （ n = 38 ） were given Chinese medicine syndrome - differentiation - based skin washing combined with phototherapy. We compared the general integral and the clinical effect of the two groups after three - week treatment. Results The general integral and clinical effect of group B were much higher than that of group A, and there was significant difference in score of treatment of common psoriasis vulgaris and clinical effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Good clinical effect, convenient application and less side effect are characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome - differentiation - based skin washing combined with phototherapy.
