摘　　要：介绍了离心泵装置运行参数在线检测系统的基本原理与方法、计算程序流程,以及离心泵Q—H、Q—N性能曲线的拟合。比照分析试验表明,所研究的水泵运行参数在线检测系统在线实时检测显示水泵装置运行时的流量、扬程、轴功率、效率等各项参数,具有较高的精度,可以较好的满足一般水泵站工程的实际应用。This article introduced the basic principle and the calculate process of the on-line detection system for centrifugal-pump running parameters, and the method of curve fitting of Q-H, Q-N performance curves of centrifugal-pump. The analysis of experiment indicated that the studied system had high precision, which could on-line display the running parameters of the centrifugal-pump, such as flow, height, shaft power and efficiency. This on-line detection system could meet practical application of commonly water pumping station project.
