摘　　要：目的基因的有效调控表达在功能失调性疾病的基因治疗中具有重要意义。利用可调控表达系统可以使目的基因仅在特定范围内表达或仅表达一定的剂量或时间,现对近年出现的各种可调控表达系统及其在心血管系统疾病研究中的可能应用作一综述。It is important to regulate gene expression effectively in the gene therapy of disease with functional disorder. The target gene expression can be regulated only in a particular scope, determined dosage or determined time by a gene expression system which can be regulated. Various kinds of regulatable gene expression system and the prospects for application in cardiovascular disease are reviewed in this article.
