摘 要:以吡咯为单体、三氯化铁为氧化剂、化学氧化合成了本征态聚吡咯,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。以本征态聚吡咯为功能成分,环氧树脂为成膜物质,研究了含有聚吡咯的涂层对金属镁的防腐性能,并考察了不同含量的本征态聚吡咯涂层对金属镁的防腐性能的规律。结果表明,本征态聚吡咯对金属镁有防腐能力,在聚吡咯含量为0.55%时防腐性能最强,此时共混体系表现出良好的相容性。Polypyrrole was synthesized by chemical oxidation from pyrrole, and its molecular structure was characterized by FT-IR spectrum. A film by using polypyrrole as functional component was prepared on the magnesium surface, and its anticorrosion properties for magnesium were investigated by open circuit potential and potentiodynamic polarization curves, and the rule of anticorrosion property with different concentration of poly-pyrrole in the film was studied in detail. The results indicated that the film contained polypyrrole with the concentration of 0. 55% (m/m) displayed an excellent anticorrosion property for magnesium, and the film is well compatible.
