南钢4号高炉热风炉燃烧口改造实践

摘　　要：南钢4号高炉热风炉于2004年投产,运行仅两年,热风炉出现燃烧口内部塌砖,外部钢板发红开裂等现象。通过停炉改造,采用抗热震性能强的莫来石—青石耐火砖和短焰燃烧器,规范施工和科学烘炉,彻底解决了存在问题,效果显著。After operation tWO years at No. 4 BF of Nangang, the phenomenons are appeared on hot blast stove such as internal subsidence of combustion port and external steel plate cracking and so on. The existing problems are solved by mullitebluestone firebrick of high thermal shock resistance and short flame burner. Meanwhile,a good effect is achieved.
