摘　　要：为满足高炉冶炼对烧结矿产量和质量的要求,对烧结机进行扩容等技术改造,并从工艺和管理上采取了一系列技术措施,使2台原24 m2烧结机年产量提高到140万t以上,工序能耗降至65 kg.t-1以下,固体燃耗降至50 kg.t-1以下,效果显著。In order to meet the needs of BF smelting for output and quality in sinter, capacity expansion in sinter is transformed. A lot of measures are adopted in the technology and managemeng. Meanwhile, the results have been achieved such as raising yearly output in sintering,reducing energy consumption of process and solid fuel consumption.
