摘　　要：本文提出一种基于"规则"的空间数据组织模式。要素规则从几何和属性两个方面控制空间数据的质量和逻辑;拓扑规则将地理要素与要素之间的拓扑关系独立出来,增加了空间数据使用的灵活性;应用规则主要针对用户访问空间数据时的透明度和安全性等问题。In this paper, we put forward a spatial data structure model based on rules. The feature rules control the action and logics inside the feature. The topology rules form the relationships between the features. The application rules aimed at the security and transparence of spatial data operation of the users.
