摘　　要：大学生党员是青年学生群体中的排头兵,是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。大学生入党后,如何加强对他们的教育和管理,帮助他们提高素质,使其保持共产党员的先进性,是切实加强高校德育工作的需要,是高校学生党建工作的一项重点工程,造就一支高素质的大学生党员队伍势在必行,必须高度重视,深入研究,提出对策,落实到位。The undergraduate Party members are the pacesetters of young students, the builders and the successors of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. In order to maintain their advanced nature after their entry to the Communist Party, the subject of how to strengthen the education and the administration on them and help them to enhance their quality is a need of effectively strengthening the moral education and a key project of party building on undergraduates. It is imperative to build an undergraduate Party members group with high quality, which should be highly focused, deeply studied so as to bring up the countermeasures and implement them effectively.
