续软件人才之断链 解供需两旺之怪圈

摘　　要：软件产业是当今世界上增长速度最快的朝阳产业,其发展离不开大量的软件编程人员。软件专业一直是高职院校招生的热门,但近几年这一热门专业却遭遇了就业寒冬。一边是软件企业对软件人才的迫切需求,一边是高职院校软件专业毕业生的庞大供应,但两者却没有形成"买方"和"卖方"的和谐局面。软件人才发展之链断在了毕业生走出校门之时。如何重续这断链,政府、企业、学校乃至学生都应认真思考,并付诸实际行动。Software Industry is the sunrise industry with the fastest growth in the world, whose development is inseparable from the large number of software programmers. Software major has been hot in professional colleges, but it is faced with the problem of employment. There is an urgent need of software talents; on the other hand, there is a large supply of graduates in this major from professional colleges. However, they are not in consistent. The supply chain has been broken before the students graduate. The government, enterprises, colleges and students should think over and put it into practical action to connect the dead-end.
