高职文秘专业师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：文秘专业高职教育对师资队伍提出了很高的要求,而现有的文秘专业师资队伍大多存在着专业化、职业化程度不高、"双师型"教师比例低、教学方式现代化程度不高以及对学科教科研积极性不高等问题。高职学院可以采用"顶岗制"等方法提高文秘专业教师专业化、职业化以及"双师型"教师比例的程度;加强对教师的教育,使之自觉运用现代化的教学手段,提高教学能力;建立激励机制,鼓励他们开展专业教研科研活动。There is a great demand for higher vocational secertarial teachers. However, among this present contingent, most of them are of low level, there are fewer ＂dual-mode＂ teachers in modem teaching methods actively. In higher vocational college, ＂Dinggang＂ system can solve the problem so as to strengthen teachers training in applying modem teaching methods and developing their teaching ability and set up a system to encourage teachers to take part in scientific and teaching research.
