摘 要:①目的比较骨髓源间充质干细胞和脂肪源间充质干细胞的生物学特性。②方法分离人的骨髓源间充质干细胞和脂肪源间充质干细胞进行体外培养,通过绘制生长曲线,比较细胞的增殖能力;利用流式细胞仪分析细胞表型,并与诱导培养比较细胞的分化潜能进行比较。③结果脂肪源间充质干细胞与骨髓源间充质干细胞具有相当的生物学特性,且在增殖能力方面优于骨髓源间充质干细胞。④结论人脂肪组织可能成为一种新的间充质干细胞来源。Objective To compare the biological character of adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells ( AD - MSCs) with bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells ( BM - MSCs). Methods BM - MSCs and AD - MSCs were separated and cultured in vitro, then proliferative capacities were compared by protracting growth curve, cell phenotypes were analysed with flow cytometry, and muhilineage differentiation abilities were compared with those of induced cuhure cells. Results Similar cell morphology, phenotype and muhilineage differentiation abilities were showed in AD - MSCs and BM - MSCs, and proliferative potential of AD - MSCs was higher than those of BM - MSCs. Conclusion Human adipose tissue may become a new source of mesenchymal stem cells.
