米非司酮对人胎盘滋养层细胞trophinin、tastin及bystin表达的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨米非司酮对trophinin、tastin及bystin黏附分子复合体在人胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞上表达的影响。方法:运用特异性单克隆抗体,应用免疫组化技术对人工流产及服用米非司酮后行吸宫术所获得的胎盘绒毛细胞分别进行了trophinin、tastin及bystin蛋白表达检测。结果:对照组trophinin、tastin及bystin蛋白分子多表达于妊娠6周左右的胎盘绒毛上的合体滋养层细胞的细胞膜、细胞质内,与对照组相比,实验组合体滋养层细胞trophinin、tastin及bystin的表达显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮下调绒毛滋养层细胞上trophinin、tastin及bystin蛋白分子复合体的表达,可能是其抗早孕的机制之一。Objective:To evaluate the influence of Mifepristone on the expression of a novel cell adhesion molecular complex by trophoblastie cells in human placenta, which is composed of trophinin,tastin and bystin. Methods:Expression of trophinin ,tastin and bystin on human placenta was examined in 14 surgical abortions and 12 medical abortions by specific monoelonal antibody and immunohistochemistry technique after induced abortion and uterine aspiration. Results:Trophinin ,tastin and bystin were more expressed in the cytoplasm of syneytiotrophoblast after 6 weeks of pregnancy,while the expression of trophinin,tastin and bystin in syncytiotropho- blast of the experimental group decreased significantly when compared to that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion :The expression of protein molecular complex of trophinin,tastin and bystin in human trophoblast down regulated by Mifepristone may be one of the mechanisms of antiearly pregnancy.
