摘　　要：Is regional rule of law feasible? What relations are there between economical development and legal construction,local rule of law and national politics and legal system? Is there especial experience and orderliness about the development of the rule of law in economy developed area? All of those are legal theory propositions which deserve careful study.A great number of scholars think that regional rule of law is feasible because economic development helps not only to form civil society and middle class,but also to promote the conception of liberty and democracy.But a few scholars think that economic development is merely one of factors which impel the construction of legal systems.Is regional rule of law feasible?
