双孢蘑菇菌落形态和产质量性状间相关性研究

摘　　要：本文以单一双孢蘑菇菌株及其同一子实体上不同菌落形态的单孢分离物为材料,研究双孢蘑菇生长发育全过程中菌落形态和子实体产质量性状间关系,探讨其遗传变异。结果表明:同一子实体上菌落形态不同的单孢分离物间及其与出发菌株间都存在不同程度的差异;菌落形态和子实体产质量性状间存在一定的相关性,从而为双孢蘑菇菌种的遗传改良和生产提供了理论依据。The correlation between the colonial morphology and characters of productivity and quality of Agaricus bisporus during the entire growth period was studied and their genetic variation was investigated using single strain and different colonial morphological monosporous isolates derived from the same fruitbody of Agaricus bisporus as testing material in this paper. The results indicated that there was diversity with different degrees among monosporous isolates of various colonial morphology and between the monosporous isolates and the parental strains, and that characters of productivity and quality of the fruitbody were correlated with colonial morphology. So, this result will provide a theoretical basis for genetic improvement and production of Agaricus bisporus strains.
