蜕皮甾酮软膏对家兔创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察蜕皮甾酮软膏对家兔背部创面愈合的影响。方法将48只家兔背部的144个创面(每只均有3个创面)随机分为3组,分别采用25 g.kg-1蜕皮甾酮软膏、软膏基质、云南白药创可贴治疗。其中12只家兔背部36个创面分别于处理后4 d、8 d、12 d通过创面愈合率评价治疗效果。其余36只家兔分别于造成创伤模型(造模)后4 d、8 d、12 d处死,每次12只,创面新生肉芽组织取材,常规制片和染色,通过毛细血管密度评价治疗效果。结果造模后4 d,3组愈合率无显著差异(P>0.05),创面毛细血管密度无显著差异(P>0.05);造模后8 d、12 d,蜕皮甾酮软膏组、云南白药组的创面愈合率、毛细血管密度均高于基质对照组(P<0.05),蜕皮甾酮软膏组与云南白药组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论蜕皮甾酮软膏能显著促进家兔背部创面的愈合。Objective To observe the effect of ecdysterone paste on dorsal wound healing in rabbits. Methods One hundred and forty-four raw surfaces in 48 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly, there were 3 raw surfaces every rabbit, while the 3 raw surface was treated by 2.5% ecdysterone paste, Yunnan white powder, paste substrate respectively, the curative effect was to be evaluated by the rate of wound healing in the 12 rabbits on 4,8,12 days after operation, sacrifice the supernumerary 36 rabbits on 4,8,12 days after operation in batch,to make use of the neogenesis granulation tissue of the raw surface,the curative effect was to be evaluated by the blood capillary density in the raw surface. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of wound healing and blood capillary density among the 3 groups on 4 days after operation（ P 〉 0.05 ） ,while there was evident addition to the rate of restitution and blood capillary density relative to the control group of substrate on 8 and 12 days after operation（P 〈0.05 ）, and there wasn＇t significant differences between the ecdysterone paste group and the Yunnan white powder（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ecdysterone paste can promote the dorsal wound healing in rabbits.
