摘 要:目的研究壬基酚(NP)对雄性小鼠睾丸组织中芳香化酶表达的影响。方法健康雄性昆明小鼠30只,随机分为对照组、1%NP组和1‰NP组。10d后处死各组小鼠,取出睾丸,Zamboni固定液固定,常规冰冻制片,免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察。结果对照组小鼠睾丸组织中芳香化酶呈强阳性表达,1%NP组和1‰NP组小鼠睾丸组织中芳香化酶阳性表达明显减弱(P<0.01),1%NP组和1‰NP组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论NP可导致小鼠睾丸组织中芳香化酶表达降低。Objective To study the effect of nolyphenol on the expression of aromatizing enzyme in testis of male mice. Methods Thirty healthy male mice were randomly divide into control group,1% nolyphenol group and 1‰ nolyphenol group. On the 10th day,quickly took out testis of mice, fix in the Zamboni fixation solution, conventionally produce frozen section and stain section by immunohistochemical technology. Results The expression of aromatizing enzyme was positive obviously in control group, and the positive expression attenuated obviously in 1% nolyphenol group and 1‰ nolyphenol group(P 〈0. 01 ) ,but there was no diffetent between 1% nolyphenol group and 1‰ nolyphenol group(P 〉0.05). Conclusion Nolyphenol can reduce the expression of aromatizing enzyme in testis of mice. After mice was fed nolyphenol ,the expression of aromatizing enzyme visibly reduced.
