摘　　要：目的研究紫花地丁全草的化学成分和生物活性。方法采用柱层析对紫花地丁植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构。结果从该植物的甲醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:6,7-二羟基香豆素(1),β-谷甾醇(2),正三十醇(3),硬脂酸(4),软脂酸甲酯(5)。结论为进一步研究其生物活性奠定了基础。Objective To study on chemical constituents and bioactivity of Viola yedoensis. Methods The extract of Viola yedoensis was isolated and purified by means of silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic experiments to determine the structure of compounds. Results Five compounds were obtained and established from the extract as 6,7-Dihydroxycoumarin （ 1 ） , β-sitosterol （ 2 ） , melissyl alcohol （ 3 ） , stearic acid （ 4 ） and methyl palmitate （ 5 ）. Conclusion The result will be the basis for study of the bioactivity of Viola yedoensis.
