摘　　要：结合黄石市青山湖污水处理厂改扩建工程实践,阐述了污水处理在线监测的主要内容,介绍了监测系统的功能和软、硬件配置。详细描述了PLC在污水处理在线监测的控制原理及I/O分布结构。运行实践表明,基于现场总线的PLC技术应用于污水在线监测是最佳的选择,并取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Combined with reconstruction and extension project practice of Qingshan Lake sewage Treatment Plant in Huangshi City, the main contents of sewage treatment in - line monitoring are expounded. Functious, software and hardware configuration of monitoring system are introduced. Control principle of PLC in in - line monitoring of sewage treatment and I/O distributed structure are described in detail. Running practice shows that application of fieldbus - based PLC technology in in - line monitoring of sewage treatment is the best choice, and good economic and social benefits were obtained.
