摘  要:试验钢以超临界锅炉用奥氏体耐热钢TP347H(%:0.07C、17.98Cr、10.78Ni、0.70Nb、0.026 7N)为炉料,用25 kg真空感应炉在氩气保护下熔炼,并加入0~0.16%B。结果表明,当加B量≥0.02%时,试验钢奥氏体晶粒明显粗化,1200~950℃锻造时锻坯开裂。当加B量约0.01%时,奥氏体耐热钢TP347H具有最佳的综合性能:钢的室温抗拉强度为615 MPa;750℃,120 MPa钢的持久寿命为230 h,伸长率为42%。Test steels were melted by a 25 kg vacuum induction furnace in argon protective atmosphere with charging of austenite heat resistant steel TP347H (0.07C, 17.98Cr, 10. 78Ni, 0. 70Nb, 0. 026 7 N) for super critical pressure boiler and adding 0 ~0. 16% B. Results showed that as added ≥0. 02% B the austenite grain of test steel obviously coarsened and forging billet of steel cracked as forging at 1 200 ~950℃ ; as added about 0. 01% B the austenite heat resistance steel has optimum comprehensive properties i.e. tensile strength of steel at ambient was 615 MPa, the stress-rupture life and elongation of steel with 120 MPa at 750℃ were respectively 230 h and 42%.
