摘  要:目的:对9个地区的丹参18批样品建立丹参药材水溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱。方法:运用Agilent 1100 DAD-HPLC高效液相色谱仪,采用大连依利特Sino Chrom ODS-BP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.7%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL,测定了18批丹参药材并进行聚类分析。结果:根据聚类分析结果,采用安徽不同来源的10批丹参药材,建立了丹参水溶性成分指纹图谱共有模式,显示12个共有峰,指认了丹参素钠、表儿茶醛、丹酚酸B 3个特征峰。结论:建立的丹参药材水溶性成分指纹图谱,色谱图中个峰分离度较好,特征明显,方法的精密度重现性试验的RSD值小于5%,可做为丹参药材质量控制标准。AIM: To establish the HPLC-fingerprint of the water-soluble constituents of Salvia miltiorrhizae Bge. on 18 batches from 9 areas in China. METHODS : Samples of Salvia mihiorrhizae Bge. from different areas were determined by Agilent 1100 DAD-HPLC on Sino Chrom ODS-BP column (250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm), gradient elution with methanol-water (0.7% H3PO4 ) as mobile phase, column temperature was at 30℃, flow rate was 1 mL/min, wavelength was at 280 nm, and the inject volume was 20μL. RESULTS : The HPLC-fingerprints of the water-soluble constituents from Salvia miltiorrhizae Bge. , including 12 mutual peaks, were developed after determination of 10 batches of drugs according to SPSS analysis. , and in which, 3 characteristic components were recognized. CONCLUSION: The separation effect of peaks in fingerprints is better and the characteristic is also obvious. The RSD values of precision and reproducibility are less than 5%. This,method can be used for the quality control of Salvia mihiorrhizae Bge.
